Account details you provide (display name, email), content you publish (reviews, flags, responses), and technical data used for fraud prevention (device signals, IP-derived region, usage events). We collect nothing from people who only read reviews beyond standard server logs.
2. How we use it
To operate the platform, screen reviews for fraud, notify you about activity on your content, and — with consent — send product updates. Fraud-prevention signals are used solely for integrity enforcement and are never sold.
3. What businesses see
Businesses see your public display name, your review, and nothing else. Your email, device data, and personal details are never shared with reviewed businesses.
4. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your personal data; published reviews can be deleted individually or anonymized.
5. Retention & security
Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Fraud signals are retained up to 24 months. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sessions and security, and optional analytics cookies only with consent. No third-party advertising cookies, ever.
