Trust & transparency

Rules we hold ourselves to, in public

A review platform is only as good as its worst incentive. These six principles are our contract with every reader and every business.

Open to everyone

Anyone can review any business, invited or not. Reading requires no account. Openness is the point.

No pay-to-hide, ever

No plan at any price removes, hides, or reorders reviews. Money buys tools, never treatment.

Criticism is protected

Reviews are removed only for guideline violations — fabrication, spam, harassment, conflicts of interest. Never for being negative.

Enforcement is public

Removal counts, business warnings, and our own false-positive rate are published yearly, with methodology.

Appeals with teeth

Both reviewers and businesses can appeal decisions to human moderators. 0.4% of removals were overturned last year — and each one improved our detection rules.

Privacy by default

Businesses never see reviewer emails or personal data. Reviewers control their display name and can delete their content anytime.
