1. The service
Trustvivo provides an open platform for publishing and reading consumer reviews of businesses. Reading is open to all; publishing requires a free account and acceptance of these terms and the Review Guidelines.
2. Your content
You own your reviews. By publishing, you grant Trustvivo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and excerpt them on the platform and in platform features such as widgets. You can delete your content at any time.
3. Review guidelines
Reviews must describe a genuine, first-hand experience. Prohibited: fabricated experiences, undisclosed incentives, harassment, doxxing, spam, and reviews of your own or a competitor's business. Violations may be removed and accounts restricted.
4. Business terms
Businesses may claim profiles and respond to reviews for free. Soliciting fake reviews, offering incentives for positive ratings, or threatening reviewers results in warnings, public integrity notices, or removal from paid services.
5. No pay-for-treatment
Paid plans provide software features only. No payment alters moderation outcomes, rankings, scores, or the visibility of any review.
6. Disclaimers & liability
Reviews are the opinions of their authors, not of Trustvivo. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes. You may close your account at any time. This is placeholder demo copy, not legal advice.
